The Painting & Decorating Industry
One of the biggest challenges facing the Painting & Decorating industry today is labour. The national shortage caused by Brexit and an ageing population means that many projects are being put on the backburner and lead times are extending. Approximately 80% of those in the industry now are over 50 years old with a large percentage of these moving towards retirement age.
We truly believe that, in order to support the ever-growing demand and continue offering the highest-quality services to our clients, we need young, enthusiastic and dedicated people to join the industry.
